Today could be one of the busiest release days in Sub Pop’s longish and successfulish history with FOUR releases in one day including the release of Sub Pop’s publishing debut, “I Apologize in Advance”, our first book ever and straight from the minds of Danny Bland and Greg Dulli (The Afghan Whigs, Twilight Singers, Gutter Twins). The day is also shared by King Tuff’s infectious Black Moon Spell, Sarah Silverman’s filthy and hilarious We Are Miracles, and GOAT’s never to be tamed Commune.

Sub Pop has an historically sporadic but consistently high quality track record working with comedians who make us lose our shit in fits of laughter (literally, just ask Megan Jasper). These comedians have included David Cross, Eugene Mirman, Patton Oswalt, Flight of the Conchords, and now, we can add the Emmy Award-winning Sarah Silverman, to that pretty short (but seriously, kind of astounding in terms of caliber, amirite?) list. Sarah’s Sub Pop debut, We Are Miracles, comes out on September 23rd on this sometimes-comedy-label on CD, LP and digital. People who pre-order the record on LP will be strictly limited to 750 copies and will be on colored vinyl. AND, speaking of limited, Sub Pop pre-orderers of all the CD or LP (but not digital) will receive a Sarah Silverman-signed art print WHILE THEY LAST. So, get your orders in–like, now.
