We’re teaming up with our friends at Hardly Art and Suicide Squeeze for our CMJ showcase this year! It will take place at Piano’s (158 Ludlow at Stanton, NYC) on Friday, October 24th. The show starts at 8:00 and is $12 at the door, or free with a CMJ badge. Here’s the full schedule:
A Drink For The Kids, the Vera Project’s annual benefit event for the 21-and-over crowd, is happening October 8th through 11th in bars across Seattle, including a grand finale show at Neumo’s on the Oct. 11th. All proceeds from the show and from any Red Hook and Dewar’s drinks purchased at the venues will help keep music and art accessible to people of all ages. So pick a spot in your neighborhood every night, and save Saturday October 11th for the show! By simply ordering a Redhook or Dewars and coming to a great show you can lend your support for the Vera Project, Seattle’s all-ages, volunteer-run music and arts space.
