During the regin of SPSC 2.0 i always received 2 copies of the same record in the mail. Yes 2 white stripes, 2 bright eyes, death cab, etc. Will I be as lucky this time? …hope so! lol

Recieved the OM 45 today and the stupid Post Office bent it into my Post Office box. So I have a nice bent up sleeve and a slightly warped record. Could you mark the packages (or at least MINE) Fragile Do Not Bend. The Postal Clerks at my post office are dumb as dirt.

Hey folks who haven’t yet received your first Singles Club single – sorry! There were a few things that needed ironing out in regards to the shipping of the first single in the series. Many of these thing were with international orders (which can already potentially take a long time to arrive due to unpredictable customs clearances). All of the orders have been sent out by this point and if you haven’t seen your 45 yet, you will any day now.

Om arrived on Sept 9, but no Unnatural Helpers so far. If my postie is nicking stuff (and I suspect that he is), at least he’s having the grace to eventually drop them round after copying them.
Although I think that the only way to prove that he’s definitely on the rob though is to order a really angry ferret – if he turns up at the house a couple of weeks later with plasters all over his fingers, then he’s definitely at least having a good rummage. Or he’s Michael Jackson.

Marketing 101: if you want people to continue buying your product at least have the courtesy to answer their emails inquiring as to when their records are expected to arrive. Better yet, send an email TO EVERYONE WHO RECIEVES them notifying them of the delay – that way you don’t get a lot of emails of inquiry! See? School can be fun!

Got the May release today. It is by “Thee Oh Sees” on red vinyl. So 2 to go. And one should be by Notwist as originally mentioned. Wonder what the mystery 12th will be???

I’m still waiting on Thee Oh Sees but I assume I’ll get it soon. I got a twitter update July 8 stating “embarrassingly late w last few singles – sorry about that! thee oh sees goes out today, deerhunter and d&d asap after that!” No mention of Notwist, what gives?

That sucks. They were the one band of the originally listed ones that I really was looking forward to getting. deerhunter is a nice surprise though.

I hope one of the last 2 is a Dinosaur Jr. single, I saw them at the KEXP BBQ on Saturday and J said they have a single coming out on Sub Pop.

Dutchess and the Duke – “side by side” b/w “Daggers” arrived today.

Still a bit let down that there was no Notwist but overall it was a good run.

i’m very dissapointed. they didn’t even have the decency to send out an e-mail to notify their costumers of the missing notwist EP. I’m understanding of this, but ashamed they were so reluctant to keep everyone uptodate.

what ever, this singles club has ROCKED TITS!!! i haven’t been disappointed with a single 7" and stoked to hear this Dutchess and the Duke 7" when it arrives….which is hopefully soon
