Grip Like a Vice is the first single from the upcoming album Proof of Youth by The Go! Team. The CD has a non-album track on it titled “A Version of Myself” and the B-side of the 7" has the band covering Sonic Youth’s “Bull in the Heather” these songs thus far only appear on these releases.
