Iron and Wine is back and groovin’ like you’ve never heard him groove before. On this song Innocent Bones from the new album The Shepherd’s Dog you’ll hear very prominent bongos and piano that are probably new to your ears but the sweet banjo melody and beautiful layered vocals are still the same, this tune is a gem!

Punching Goodbye out Front is the first download we’re offering off the new Kinski record, Down Below It’s Chaos (which is out August 21st). It’s also one of three tracks on the new record that features vocals courtesy of guitarist Chris Martin. We’re pretty fond of it and hope you are too.

I just got back from Vancouver, BC having attended the Northern Voice conference, and wanted to post a quick note thanking the organizers and pointing out a couple of highlights that may be of interest to music folks.
