While you would be crazy not to buy this LP, my download code & the wonderful album to which it unleashes in its mp3 splendor did not contain the Sun Giant EP as advertised. I will try & contact sub pop for a solution but as of now & with my code it does not include the EP in mp3 format. Nevertheless, it is a great album & sounds great on vinyl!!

I must say I absolutely love this album. Just really, really excellent. However, my download was also missing the Sun Giant EP, and when I tried the code again just now, I got a message saying it had already been used.

So I was wondering why the Sun Giant EP was at 256 kbps and the actual full length record was only at 192 kbps. That seems a little odd, correct?

BTW – This album is spectacular. Really.

We happened to have ‘Sun Giant’ sitting around at the higher bit rate so that’s what we included. Do you notice a difference?

We’re in the process of making everything available at higher bit rates. We’ll let you know when that happens.

Hi, I had the same problem as JayB and AndyT as my download code did not work at all and only saved some corrupted html file. Not sure what to do now as I would like to get MP3’s versions of this great LP? Thank You for any help that you can provide. Just bought the vinyl on 6/19/08.

I noticed that the liner notes from the audio CD mention that an EP was also included? There was an open sleeve space on one side but it was empty. Was I supposed to get the EP with my audio CD? There was mention of receiving the EP with the vinyl version but not with the CD.

In any event, I love the CD but would also love to hear this famed EP. Was the empty jacket sleeve (on the left side)supposed to have something inserted?

just like a bunch of others, i just got my fleet foxes album (it’s rad) went to use the code for the digital download and it said it’s already been used try harder. you guys figured it out?

I attempted to download Fleet Foxes as well a couple of weeks ago, but it froze at 95% which was very annoying as my internet connection isn’t the fastest (it took an hour to get to that point). It didn’t matter that much as I “acquired” mp3’s another way. Please don’t kill me as I felt entitled seeing as it didn’t work the official way.
