What’s up with the pre orders, have they shipped? I was bummed not to see anything in the mail today.

I didn’t get my pre-order yet either. Doesn’t really make sense to pay for a pre-order to get it later than the release date.

How hard is it to ship something on time? Its not rocket science.

…but post coming into the UK from overseas is taking ages thanks to a massive backlog from when it snowed a bit in December. My Mogwai 7" was very kindly posted 8 days before official release date from SP, and took 20 days to be delivered. Not Sub Pop’s fault, as those who have ordered and not received (me included) will no doubt see on the postmark when it turns up :)

We apologize if you haven’t received your pre-order and are diligently working to make sure that subpop.com is the best place to buy our records! We had an amazing response to both this and to the Mogwai pre-order—enough that it put us a couple days behind.

It’s no excuse though; we appreciate your patience and as we work out the kinks in our pre-order system and hope you enjoy your extra goodies!

I got a reply from SubPop saying that the Feb 1st date was a misprint, and that the actual mailing date would be Feb 14. I got mine the 15th & I’m in Seattle, so you guys ahould all have them by now or soon.
