Based in Montreal via Victoria this is Spencer Krug of Wolf Parade’s one man show. It could easily be brushed off as an arty side-project since Spencer plays in Sub Pop’s very own Wolf Parade but the music is just too good. This record moves through varied territory making it hard to categorize but fans of Wolf Parade, Frog Eyes and other innovative noise makers will be happy.
